Responsibilities

HIRING – CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000/month
Qualification: Minimum SPM
Language: Mandarin & English
Working Hours: Rotational Shift (Morning and Night Shift)
Working Days: 6 Days
Employment Type: Full-Time

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries
  • Assist customers and provide appropriate solutions
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Record and update customer information
  • Provide excellent customer service

REQUIREMENTS

  • Malaysian candidates
  • Minimum SPM qualification
  • Fluent in Mandarin & English
  • Good communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts
