Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and maintain Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements and QA/QC procedures.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, procedures and client requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and monitor the quality of materials, equipment, installation and workmanship at various stages of project execution.
  • Coordinate and conduct site inspections, inspections with consultants/clients and testing activities.
  • Review technical documents, shop drawings, material submissions, inspection requests and test reports.
  • Ensure all incoming materials and equipment are inspected and meet the required specifications and approved submittals.
  • Monitor subcontractors' and suppliers' compliance with project quality requirements.
  • Raise and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), observations and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) where required.
  • Follow up on quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented and closed within the required timeline.
  • Maintain proper QA/QC documentation, inspection records, test reports, quality checklists and project quality records.
  • Coordinate with project and site teams to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
  • Participate in testing, commissioning and final inspection activities where required.
  • Support preparation of testing & commissioning documentation, handover dossiers and as-built documentation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Engineering, Construction, Quality Management or a related discipline.
  • 3–8 years of experience in QA/QC within engineering, construction, M&E, EPC, industrial, data centre, semiconductor or related project environments.
  • Experience in QA/QC inspection, documentation and quality management systems.
  • Familiarity with ITP, Method Statements, NCR, inspection requests, material inspections and testing procedures.
  • Good understanding of engineering drawings, specifications and project quality requirements.
  • Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Willingness to work on project sites and travel when required.
