Private Banking Operations

We are looking for a Private Banking Operations professional to support the day-to-day operational needs of a growing private bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily operations across client accounts, payments, settlements, trade processing and cash/securities transactions.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client instructions.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate breaks and resolve operational issues.
• Support client onboarding, account maintenance and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to operational controls and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with process improvements and ad-hoc operational projects.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management or Banking Operations.
• Good understanding of banking operations, transaction processing and controls.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
