CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

• Lead process system activities for fast-track industrial projects, covering water treatment, wastewater treatment, RO/DI and ultra-pure water systems.

• Review and coordinate process design, technical requirements, construction methodology and project deliverables.

• Work closely with Project Manager and multidisciplinary teams  to ensure design and construction alignment.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers on design requirements and technical matters.

• Support commercial proposals including RFQ, cost and price analysis, comparison, procurement.

• Develop design briefs, treatment concepts, technical proposals and preliminary calculations based on client requirements and specifications.

• Provide technical support and coordination throughout construction, installation, testing and commissioning stages.

• Review technical documents, drawings and specifications and provide solutions to resolve technical and construction issues.

• Coordinate and evaluate the structural workflows that seamlessly connect cleanroom design, complex mechanical, electrical, and process piping (MEP/Hook-up)

• Perform value engineering, buildability reviews and clash detection for complex process piping and HVAC layouts to optimise project value and constructability

• Ensure process systems comply with country regulations, local codes and industrial standards, including BOMBA, DOE, DOSH and CIDB requirements.

• Keep updated on the latest water treatment technologies, industry practices and reliable supply chain solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant technical experience in semiconductor, electronics or advanced industrial facilities.

• Strong problem-solving, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in industrial wastewater treatment, process water treatment, RO/DI and/or ultra-pure water systems.

• Experience with semiconductor factories, engineering design specialists or design-and-build contractors is highly preferred.

• Strong technical knowledge of process systems, water treatment technologies, industrial standards and construction requirements.

• Good understanding of cleanroom design, process piping, HVAC and MEP/ Hook-up works.

• Experience in fast-track industrial projects with strong construction and site coordination capabilities.

• Proficient in relevant project and construction technology platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Primavera P6, MS Project, BIM and Navisworks.
