Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate potential property investment and acquisition opportunities.
• Build relationships with property owners, developers, investors and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct financial modelling, valuation, DCF, IRR, NPV and investment analysis.
• Manage acquisition activities including due diligence, negotiations and transaction execution.
• Prepare investment papers and recommendations for Management and Investment Committee.
• Work with legal, finance, tax, technical and external advisers throughout transactions.
• Monitor property market trends and identify new investment opportunities.
• Assess investment returns, risks and commercial viability.
• Support investment strategy and portfolio analysis.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Min 6 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, REITs, investment banking, corporate finance, fund management or transaction advisory.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis skills.
• Experience in property transactions, deal sourcing or acquisition execution is preferred.
• Experience in industrial & logistics is an advantage.
• Mandarin and English proficiency is preferred.
• Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• CFA/MBA or relevant professional qualification is an advantage.
