Job Description:

• Invoicing, update customer payment, submit invoice to customer portal on time.
• To attend and reply to customer's enquiries and emails.
• To attend promptly to customers' in-coming calls.
• To monitor customer payment.
• To key in supplier invoices and prepare payments.
• Accept other clerical duties as informed by Supervisor.

Working Hours : Mon to Fri (8.30am - 5pm) Sat (8.30am - 1pm)
