- Manage and support day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, leave, benefits, employee records and offboarding.
- Ensure HR practices and processes comply with company policies and applicable Singapore employment legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, workplace concerns and grievances.
- Support management in investigating and resolving employee grievances, misconduct and disciplinary cases.
- Coordinate staff engagement activities and HR-related events.
- Support ad-hoc HR assignments and projects as required.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR Operations experience.
- Good working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR statutory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters professionally.
- Disciplined, adaptable, resourceful and solutions-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous, well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
