Senior HR Executive for a global professional services firm based in Klang, Up to 6k

What you'll need to succeed

Based in Klang, this role will be required will be a HR generalist tasked to lead the hire to retire process. From managing 3rd party search firms for qualified talents in Malaysia to improving the onboarding process, leading performance management processes, managing IR/ER and engagement activities, processing monthly payroll and more for one of the business units of slightly below 100 staff. You will be a sole contributor in this business unit and work alongside your HR team members and COE team who are based across Malaysia. This role is suitable for talents that are currently a sole contributor displaying independent, self-starter and pro-active attributes to learn new things and is looking for career progression.

What you'll get in return

• Preferably minimum 3-5 years work experience as a HR generalist
• This position is open to seasoned HR Execs who are looking for a step-up and the position is open to being considered for Asst HR Manager if highly qualified.
• Must have hands-on payroll experience
