Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle to support Trinitium’s growth and technology-focused hiring needs. This is a contract, on-site role based in Subang Jaya. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and managing communication with candidates throughout the process. The role also involves drafting and posting job descriptions, maintaining candidate databases, collaborating with leadership to understand workforce needs, and supporting employer branding initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Executive will work closely with HR to ensure smooth onboarding processes and adherence to internal policies and relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing across various platforms and channels.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, shortlisting, and offer management.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines, and manage applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases.
• Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Knowledge of employment practices and basic labor regulations, with attention to confidentiality and compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present opportunities clearly to candidates.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on meeting hiring timelines and priorities.
• Prior experience recruiting for technology, consulting, or digital transformation roles is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Subang Jaya and engaging with diverse teams and candidates.

Job Requirement

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, up to 1 year of relevant working experience is an advantage.
