Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Location: North Point Tower A, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing design teams, liaising with clients and consultants, and ensuring high-quality design execution aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage interior design projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use) from conceptual design to final completion
• Develop design concepts, space planning, mood boards, and material selections
• Prepare and review detailed drawings and presentation materials
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery
• Oversee site progress, conduct site visits, and ensure design intent is properly executed
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
• Review and approve shop drawings, materials, and finishes
• Mentor and guide junior designers and design team members
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in interior design
• Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects
• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
