Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining inventory visibility, supporting timely replenishment and escalating stock, location, master-data or capacity issues for corrective action.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor system and physical stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies and support stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock movements, transfers and storage locations to ensure accurate WMS records.
- Support replenishment and picking operations by identifying stock availability and inventory-related issues.
- Monitor overstock, slow-moving and aged inventory, and highlight potential capacity or operational risks.
- Identify and follow up on inventory, WMS and master-data issues with relevant teams.
- Prepare inventory reports and support continuous improvement initiatives to improve stock accuracy and warehouse efficiency.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills and comfortable working with WMS/system reports.
- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable performing physical stock checks and working in a fast-paced distribution centre environment.
- Experience in warehouse, inventory control or WMS is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
