1. Student Recruitment

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract students.
• Conduct school visits, education fairs, open days, campus tours, and outreach activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with principals, counselors, agents, and feeder schools.
• Provide counselling and guidance to prospective students and parents about programmes, entry requirements, and pathways.

2. Marketing & Promotion

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote college programmes.
• Prepare brochures, banners, digital ads, and promotional materials.

3. Admissions Support

• Assist in handling student applications and documentation.
• Coordinate with admissions and academic departments to ensure applicants meet entry requirements.

4. Market Research & Strategy

• Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence reports.
• Track student enrolment trends and report recruitment performance (KPIs).
• Suggest new markets, programmes, or promotional activities based on data insights.
• Monitor effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and recommend improvements.

5. Other Responsibilities

• Achieve student recruitment targets as set by the university.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly recruitment reports for management.
• Uphold ethical practices and compliance with education regulations.
• Collaborate with academic and support staff to ensure a positive student experience.
• Any other tasks which assigned by the college.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
