About the Role:

We are seeking a HR professional with a strong focus on recruitment to lead our Human Resources function. The successful candidate will play a critical role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to support our company’s growth, while also overseeing key HR functions that enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across all departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and manage a robust talent pipeline using proactive sourcing and employer branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop job descriptions that reflect the company’s requirements.
• Oversee the entire HR function, including employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, and compliance.
• Guide and support the HR team in daily operations, with a particular emphasis on delivering timely recruitment outcomes.
• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Review, recommend, and implement improvements in HR processes, especially in recruitment and retention strategies.
• Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and best practices.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to management on people-related matters, especially hiring plans and organizational structure.
• Oversee monthly payroll, HR management system and other administrative as well as operational support for HR department.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with proven success in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented with a passion for finding the right talent to drive business growth.

Language: Preferably English

Able to start immediately

Working Hours: 830am - 530pm (Monday - Friday)
