Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant with strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience to support the implementation, enhancement, testing, and business adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in Dynamics CRM modules, business process analysis, test planning, UAT execution, defect management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
• Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to validate system requirements.
• Prepare UAT strategy, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT sessions with business stakeholders.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, track, and manage defects through resolution.
• Validate system enhancements, workflows, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Support data migration validation and end-to-end business process testing.
• Prepare test summary reports and obtain business sign-off.
• Provide user training and post-go-live support when required.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules).
• Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business process validation.
• Experience in preparing test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Knowledge of CRM customization, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
• Understanding of CRM integrations and data migration testing.
• Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience in Banking, Government, Telecom, or Enterprise Digital Transformation projects.
