The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, creative executor to take over the daily production and

community management at POP Neutral. You will be the bridge between our brand and our

community, ensuring our core audience stays loyal while we capture the attention of the

newer generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Production

End-to-End Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit daily short-form video content. You are

responsible for everything from lighting and setup to final transitions.

Modernizing the Grid: Brings our products to life and communicate it in a way that

easy to understand.

Trend Adaptation: Identify relevant social trends and adapt them quickly to fit our

fun, trusted and effective brand identity without looking like we’re trying too hard.

2. Community Management

Daily Engagement: Manage all DMs and comments across Instagram and TikTok.

Consistently and continue building relationships with our existing and new customers.

UGC Sourcing: Actively find and reach out to customers/creators for User

Generated Content to ensure our feed feels real and relatable.

Reporting: Keep the Marketing Lead updated on what the community is asking for

and which content formats are actually driving saves and shares.

3. Social Analytics & Reporting

Weekly Tracking: Monitor and report on the KPIs listed below to help the Marketing

Lead pivot strategy based on what the data is saying.
