About the Company

We are a growing F&B company with multiple restaurant operations in Johor. As our business continues to expand, we are looking for a motivated and responsible Junior HR to join our Management Team.

This is a good opportunity for individuals who are interested in developing their career in Human Resources. Relevant HR experience will be an advantage, but candidates without prior experience are also welcome to apply. We value a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with others.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and related documentation.
• Prepare employment letters, HR reports, and other HR-related documents.
• Assist with employee onboarding and other HR processes.
• Support employee engagement activities and internal company events.
• Assist with daily HR administration and coordination with different departments and outlets.
• Perform other HR-related duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Relevant HR or administrative experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Candidates who are proficient in Mandarin are preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
