Responsibilities
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operators to support daily central kitchen operations. This entry-level role is perfect for those who want to gain hands-on experience in the culinary industry.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and company quality standards.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times.
Assist with packaging and organizing meals for delivery.
Record daily work using the assigned format.
Carry out production and record-keeping in assigned section:
Washing, cutting, cooking, and cooling vegetables
Cooking and cooling menu items
Weighing and storing seasonings
Preparing and storing meat and fish
Plating and packing dishes
Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements
Valid Food Hygiene Certificate preferred. Sponsorship available for candidates without one.
No prior experience required — training will be provided.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Open communication with team members and supervisors
Escalate issues, report accurately, and ask questions when unclear.
