Responsibilities
Summary
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts to maximize room revenue and market share.
- Identify, solicit, and develop new corporate and group business opportunities through proactive sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and networking activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans and account strategies to achieve budgeted revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account development plans, and market intelligence reports.
- Negotiate contracts and corporate agreements to secure long-term business partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and sales missions as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in Corporate Sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing corporate accounts.
- Strong business development, negotiation, and account management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Good understanding of the Hong Kong corporate market and hotel industry.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
