Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Corporate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, preparing quotations, following up on sales leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through GeBIZ, Ariba, Sesame, and other channels
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate customers
• Handle customer enquiries and follow up on quotations and leads
• Prepare and issue quotations accurately and promptly
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Arrange and attend customer meetings and site visits
• Support tender submissions and procurement activities
• Liaise with suppliers on pricing, product availability, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, inventory, and product samples
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM information
• Manage the sales pipeline and work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide sales and project updates to the team

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, corporate, technology, equipment, or solutions sales
• Candidates without direct sales experience are welcome if they have good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Comfortable communicating with and meeting customers
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales tools
