Job Description

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Training Delivery

•Assist with onboarding and operational training.

•Support trainers during sessions.

•Coach staff in outlets.

2. Training Materials

•Help prepare and update and monitoring implementation training materials.

•Keep training records.

3. Outlet Support

•Ensure outlets follow SOPs and hygiene standards.

•Assist with audits on cash and QSC and report training needs.

4. Admin Tasks

•Arrange training schedules.

•Prepare basic reports.

•Maintain training database

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
