This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual who is passionate about luxury retail, watches and delivering exceptional service to high-end clientele.

Job Details

• Location: Mandarin Gallery, Singapore
• Working Days: 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday, including weekends
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in and returning clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
• Present and sell luxury timepieces in a professional and engaging manner.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable timepieces.
• Maintain high standards of boutique presentation and brand image.
• Provide a premium and memorable shopping experience.
• Develop strong product knowledge of luxury watches and brands.

Requirements

• Passion for luxury watches, retail and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium retail or hospitality is an advantage.
• Customer-focused with a professional and polished appearance.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Able to work 5 days per week, including weekends.
