We are looking for dynamic and experienced IT professionals to join our team and support the technology requirements of our growing event management services business.

IT Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's overall IT infrastructure, systems, and technology operations.
• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business and event operations.
• Manage networks, servers, cloud services, cybersecurity, data protection, and IT systems.
• Support for large-scale events, exhibitions, conferences, and corporate functions.
• Plan and manage event technology requirements, including connectivity, registration systems, equipment, and on-site technical support.
• Manage IT budgets, documentation, equipment records, licenses, vendors, and service providers.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, security controls, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
• Lead and develop the IT team to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
• Provide technical advice and support to management and other departments.
• Ensure IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to business requirements.
• Provide technical support to office staff and event teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant IT experience, with management or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and IT operations.
• Experience in event technology, event management, hospitality, exhibitions, or similar industries is highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership, project management, vendor management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple event-related projects simultaneously.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, public holidays, and travel to event venues when required.
