About the Role

You will be part of the Data Center Services (DCS) Governance team and gain an understanding of governance, audit, risk, compliance, and reporting processes across the APAC data center environment. You will assess existing governance processes, identify manual and repetitive activities, and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Working closely with DCS Governance stakeholders, you will analyze current workflows, document pain points, and develop technology solutions to improve efficiency, reporting accuracy, and operational effectiveness. This role combines process analysis, automation development, structured data management, and dashboard creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and document existing DCS Governance processes, workflows, and reporting activities.
• Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes and recommend improvement opportunities.
• Develop automation solutions using Python and other technologies to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.
• Build simple web applications or front-end interfaces to streamline governance activities.
• Process and manage structured data (CSV, JSON, Excel, databases, etc.).
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide operational and management insights.
• Collaborate with Governance, Risk, Audit, and Technology teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Analyze data and process metrics to measure effectiveness and identify further optimization opportunities.
• Maintain clean, readable, and well-documented code and process documentation.
• Present findings and recommendations for process improvement and automation to management.
