We are looking for a proactive and strategic HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of Human Resources functions across the Group. This role plays a key part in building a high-performing organization by driving effective people strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.

• Full spectrum HR management including recruitment & onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, HR operations, HR compliance, talent development, and workplace culture
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business expansion plans
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring of quality talents
• Lead performance appraisal cycles and support department heads on capability building and development planning
• Oversee payroll accuracy, attendance monitoring, and leave administration together with Finance/HR Ops
• Handle disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and employee counselling professionally
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia labour laws, Singapore labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR best practices
• Lead employee engagement programmers to improve retention, motivation, and company culture
• Manage HR data, reporting, and implementation of HR digital systems for operational efficiency
• Provide HR advisory and support to management and departmental leaders

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
