Job Summary
As a Service Supervisor, you will manage daily outlet operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance while driving sales and controlling costs to achieve business goals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
Drive sales growth and control operational costs within budget to meet business targets
Maintain work standards aligned with Quality, Service, Ambience & Value guidelines
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and all relevant statutory requirements
Execute marketing campaigns and promotions effectively to maximize customer engagement
Complete daily administrative tasks and prepare monthly inventory reports accurately and on time
Oversee food supply management to prevent operational disruptions
Lead staff management including discipline and training new employees on routine duties
