Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage production staff within the assigned manufacturing area to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet production schedules, quality standards, and operational cost targets.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to achieve daily production requirements and minimize operational disruptions.
• Monitor production performance, productivity, quality, and process efficiency, and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain production, manpower, operational, and financial reports to support production planning and decision-making.
• Establish and implement operating policies, procedures, and work standards to ensure production targets and product quality requirements are consistently achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning, to resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable manufacturing procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in supervising production operators and managing daily production activities.
• Strong understanding of production planning, manpower allocation, productivity, quality control, and cost management.
• Ability to monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to meet production targets.
• Experience in preparing production, manpower, and operational reports.
• Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, operating procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or overtime based on production requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
