You will provide professional beauty treatments and excellent client service while managing appointments, maintaining treatment records, and supporting daily salon operations to ensure a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver excellent client service to ensure positive experiences and satisfaction
Schedule appointments and prepare treatment rooms to support smooth client flow
Maintain accurate client treatment records for effective service tracking
Apply product knowledge to address client inquiries and provide informed recommendations
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations to ensure a safe environment
Provide professional aftercare advice to support client treatment outcomes
Perform beauty treatments according to client needs and skin conditions
Recommend appropriate treatments based on client assessment and skin analysis
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth daily salon operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy
Minimum 1 year of relevant beauty therapy experience
Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and patient approach
Availability to start work immediately or within short notice
