Role Description The Senior Electrical Drafter is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam. This role is responsible for preparing and updating detailed electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and client specifications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with electrical engineers to translate design concepts into accurate technical drawings, developing and revising electrical plans, and coordinating with project teams to resolve design issues. The Senior Electrical Drafter will review documentation for accuracy, support the preparation of as-built drawings, and maintain organized drawing records. The role may also involve assisting in design reviews, contributing to continuous improvement of drafting standards, and supporting project planning and execution.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Electrical Design and Electrical Engineering for industrial and commercial projects.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Drawing and Electrical Plans for creating and updating detailed schematics and layouts.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Electricity, including power distribution, grounding, and safety standards.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Drafting, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency with CAD software and relevant electrical drafting tools.
- Knowledge of applicable electrical codes, standards, and local regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.
- Relevant experience in industrial or energy-related projects is an advantage.
