The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day product management of the Learning & Skills portfolio by translating product strategy into actionable roadmaps, backlog priorities and delivery outcomes.

The successful candidate will lead the day-to-day product management of the Learning & Skills portfolio by translating product strategy into actionable roadmaps, backlog priorities and delivery outcomes.
What You Will Be Working On
- Translate product strategy into roadmap and release plans.
- Own and manage the overall product backlog.
- Drive alignment across domains and stakeholders.
- Refine requirements and ensure readiness for delivery.
- Provide clarity on requirements and priorities to vendor teams.
- Manage cross-domain dependencies and trade-offs.
- Monitor product performance and stakeholder feedback.
- Support governance and reporting processes.
- Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, enterprise application delivery or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and prioritisation skills.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or iterative product delivery methodologies.
- Experience in Continuing Education and Training (CET), lifelong learning, education technology or related domains will be an advantage.
