Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receiving, movement, and proper storage of goods within the warehouse, production areas, and designated supplier delivery locations.
• Prepare and issue raw materials and packaging materials based on production requirements.
• Receive materials returned from the production area and ensure the relevant inventory records are updated accurately in the system.
• Ensure all inventory is stored, organized, and handled in accordance with established storage procedures and requirements.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and maintain accurate inventory records to support effective stock control.
• Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are clean, organized, and properly maintained at all times.
• Maintain and update stock cards, inventory records, and other relevant documentation accurately and consistently.
• Assist with the unloading, checking, and handling of materials received from incoming containers.
• Receive, verify, and process stock and non-stock items in accordance with company procedures.
• Participate in scheduled stock counts, stock-taking exercises, and inventory audits as required.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma in any discipline.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution will be an advantage.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to help, and ability to work well in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
