Job Title: Site Manager

Salary Range: RM4,000 – RM6,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site activities and construction works.
• Monitor work progress, quality, materials, manpower, and site schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and workers.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with company and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and construction-related problems.
• Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports and updates.
• Ensure proper site documentation and records are maintained.
• Supervise and coordinate site workers to achieve project targets.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction/site management.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and safety requirements.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently and manage site activities effectively.
• Willing to work at project sites and travel when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
