Responsibilities:

• Carry out mise en place as well as delivering the food to the highest possible standard in line with the head chef's requirements
• Assist the head chef to ensure food quality and the desired kitchen standards are constantly met
• Carry out duties as shown and maintain their standards
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in your section and food storage areas

Qualifications:

• Have experience in a 1*- 2* Michelin restaurants
• 1 - 5 years or above experience
• Have to be creative, flexible, and have a can-do attitude
• Have a strong passion for food
