About the role

Assist in handling Company's shipping and receiving processes. Assist Logistics Executive in execute the logistics documents and activity with smooth and on timely basic.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare full set of shipping documents, such as packing list, BL draft, cert of origin, health cert, COA etc.
• Ensure the entire shipping documents courier to customer before shipment arrive destination.
• Performed custom declaration for Import and Export shipments.
• Declaration of Free Zone Trade.
• Report Free Stock Zone to PTP on monthly basic.
• Endorse all the shipping documents at government party, for example, MCCI, MITI etc.
• Collection on time for the Health Cert, BL and cert of origin.
• Liaise with internal department to ensure related documents get in on time. And ensure Account department can receive the export documents on time for bank issue.
• Tracking record for export shipment.
• Create Purchase Request for Raw Materials purchase at SQL system.

About you

• Diploma in Logistics /Business Administration or its equivalent
• Experience in related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
