Inter Island Group Hiring! Full Time Production Operator - Packaging Manufacturing in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

• Operate, monitor, and adjust production line machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Set up machines before production runs and perform basic troubleshooting during operation
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and report any defects or deviations
• Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance to minimize downtime
• Ensure raw materials and packaging materials are available and used efficiently
• Record production output, machine downtime, and material usage accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area (5S / GMP standards)
• Collaborate with team leaders and other operators to meet daily production targets
• Support changeover activities and assist with line clearance when required
• Comply with company policies on health, safety, and environment (HSE)

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a machine/production operator in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
• Willing to work in shifts (day/night rotation, if applicable)
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
• Basic understanding of machine operation and production processes
• Good teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and work under supervision

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
