Job Description

• Monitor and coordinate daily Sales team activities to support showroom sales targets
• Assist the Sales team in handling customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and closing sales
• Monitor customer leads and ensure proper updates through the CRM system
• Coordinate marketing activities, social media content, campaigns, and promotions
• Plan and support live sessions, including product preparation and coordination with the Sales team
• Monitor sales and marketing performance and prepare basic reports for management
• Work closely with the Sales team to improve customer engagement and overall sales performance
• Support other sales and marketing activities as assigned by management Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Confident, proactive, and responsible personality
• Good communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Able to coordinate and monitor a Sales team effectively
• Good understanding of social media, CRM, and digital marketing
• Strong follow-up, organisation, and time management skills
• Positive, target-oriented, and team-oriented
• Experience in sales and marketing is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
