We are seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our team in the construction sector. The candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and supporting project design and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, develop, and revise detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and SolidWorks
• Produce accurate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and construction documentation
• Develop detailed door, window, and façade drawings based on project specifications
• Assist engineers and architects in structural design drafting and technical detailing
• Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy and timely submission
• Review drawings for compliance with project requirements, codes, and standards
• Perform drawing revisions and updates based on site conditions and feedback
• Maintain proper documentation control and version tracking of all drawings
• Support project planning by preparing layout drawings and material take-offs where required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) and SolidWorks is mandatory
• Strong experience in shop drawings, as-built drawings, and structural drafting
• Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and technical detailing
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering and architectural drawings
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with BIM or other 3D modeling tools is an advantage
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and submission requirements
