About the role

As a Management Trainee, you will be exposed to different areas of day-to-day business operations. This is a Work-Study programme where you earn a monthly salary while working towards a sponsored Diploma or Degree qualification. You'll gain real workplace experience, develop practical skills employers look for, and build your career through hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting daily operational activities

• Assisting with customer service and customer enquiries

• Supporting sales and marketing activities

• Coordinating basic administrative and operational tasks

• Learning workplace processes and standard operating procedures

• Communicating and working effectively with supervisors and team members

• Participating in workplace projects and practical assignments

• Applying skills learnt during training and classes to the workplace

About you

• No prior working experience required

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Prefer practical, hands-on learning

• Responsible and able to commit to the programme

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace environment

• Willing to develop communication, workplace and professional skills

• Can commit to approximately 44–48 working hours per week, depending on work arrangements

• Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Resident, or Long Term Pass holder
