Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and process Guarantee Letters (GL) from insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate clients.
• Verify GL coverage, eligibility, and validity prior to patient treatment or procedures.
• Liaise with insurance providers, TPAs, and internal departments to resolve GL-related matters.
• Update and maintain accurate GL records and documentation.
• Assist front desk and billing team on GL enquiries and related administrative tasks.
• Ensure GL processes comply with hospital SOPs and policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification; maximum Diploma (any field).
• Prior working experience in GL processing within a healthcare or hospital setting is required.
• Familiar with insurance, TPA, and healthcare billing workflows.
• Able to work independently with good attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use hospital systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
• Saturday: 8.30am – 1.00pm

Location:

• Petaling Jaya (Eye Hospital)
