We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management and Costing Application Consultant to lead the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of inventory, material-flow, costing, and valuation solutions. The successful candidate will partner with supply chain, warehouse, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions that improve inventory accuracy, operational visibility, cost control, financial reporting, and working-capital performance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

-->Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management and Costing implementations, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live support.

-->Act as the functional subject-matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory Management and Costing capabilities, including:

• Inventory organisations, sub inventories, locators, item controls, and material statuses
• Inventory transactions, transfers, receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, and miscellaneous transactions
• Serial, lot, revision, and expiration-date control
• Cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and inventory adjustments
• Min-max planning, replenishment, PAR replenishment, kanban, and internal material transfers
• Consigned inventory, supplier-managed inventory, drop ship, back-to-back, and intercompany transactions
• Cost organisations, cost books, valuation structures, and cost accounting distributions
• Standard, actual, average, and periodic-average costing methods
• Item cost profiles, overhead absorption, landed costs, transfer pricing, and cost adjustments
• Receipt accounting, inventory valuation, period close, and reconciliation to General Ledger
• Cost-management reporting, dashboards, and financial controls

-->Analyse current inventory and cost-accounting processes; recommend Oracle Cloud best-practice solutions to optimise inventory accuracy, fulfilment performance, inventory valuation, margins, and working capital.

-->Conduct business workshops and prepare business-process maps, functional requirements, fit-gap analyses, configuration workbooks, functional design documents, and test scripts.

-->Configure inventory structures, item attributes, transaction types, replenishment policies, material-status controls, costing rules, cost profiles, valuation structures, and accounting distributions.

-->Work closely with finance stakeholders to define inventory valuation, cost-accounting, intercompany, receipt-accounting, and period-close processes.

-->Design and support integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, Order Management, Product Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality Management, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Planning, Financials, and third-party systems.

-->Partner with technical consultants on Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, data-conversion templates, BI Publisher, OTBI, and interface specifications.

-->Lead data-migration activities for items, inventory balances, sub inventories, locators, lot and serial data, cost structures, item costs, valuation data, and open transactions.

-->Develop and execute system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and defect-resolution activities.

-->Provide production support, root-cause analysis, user training, process-improvement recommendations, and knowledge transfer.

-->Be prepared to travel for client workshops, project delivery, testing, cutover, and go-live support, as business requirements demand.

Requirements:

• At least 10-15 years of ERP, supply chain, finance, or enterprise application consulting experience.
• Proven experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Inventory and Costing implementation; multiple implementations are strongly preferred.
• Strong functional knowledge of inventory operations, stock movements, replenishment, warehouse processes, inventory controls, inventory valuation, cost accounting, and period-close activities.
• Hands-on configuration experience with inventory organisations, sub inventories, locators, item controls, transaction types, inventory replenishment, cycle counts, physical inventory, material statuses, and intercompany flows.
• Hands-on experience configuring cost organisations, cost books, cost profiles, valuation structures, item costs, overheads, landed costs, transfer pricing, receipt accounting, and accounting distributions.
• Experience integrating Oracle Inventory Management and Costing with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain Planning, and Financials.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, ADFdi, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Cloud reporting tools.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and production support.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable Oracle Cloud solution designs.
• Excellent stakeholder-management, communication, presentation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
