About the role

As a Logistics Officer at ComfortDelGro Engineering Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective management of the company's warehousing, storage and distribution operations. This is a full-time role based in the Bishan Central Region, where you will play a crucial part in supporting the manufacturing, transport and logistics functions of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating the receipt, storage, and distribution of various materials, parts, and equipment

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to ensure timely replenishment

• Organising the efficient loading and unloading of delivery vehicles to optimise transportation

• Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure the smooth flow of goods

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cost-saving measures

• Preparing and analysing reports on logistics performance and KPIs

• Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a logistics or warehousing role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry

• Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory control software

• Knowledge of relevant logistics and transportation regulations and best practices

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Class 3 Driving License
