Responsibilities
Welcome clients and caregivers and assist with their enquiries
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp messages and emails
Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments
Coordinate appointment schedules with the hearing care team
Register clients and maintain accurate, confidential records
Process invoices, payments and billing enquiries
Follow up with clients on appointments, services and hearing aid usage
Provide basic guidance on hearing aid care and escalate technical issues when necessary
Handle feedback and service concerns professionally
Share accurate information on available services, products and promotions
Monitor hearing aid accessories, clinic supplies and inventory
Support general administrative duties and maintain an organised reception area
Requirements
Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent
Customer service experience in healthcare, retail or a service environment would be an advantage
Patient, friendly and comfortable assisting elderly clients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks accurately
Comfortable handling calls and communicating through WhatsApp and email
IT-savvy and confident using computer and mobile applications
Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to support clients who communicate primarily in these languages
