Responsibilities
Greet and serve members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve orders promptly.
Set up, clear and reset tables before, during and after service.
Ensure the dining area is clean, tidy and properly maintained at all times.
Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
Wash and polish glasses, cups and other service items when required.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering or replenishment of beverages and other supplies.
Maintain good personal hygiene and comply with food safety and hygiene standards.
Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
