Role Description The Interior Designer will be responsible for developing interior concepts, layouts, and material selections for hospitality, education, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design presentations, producing detailed drawings, coordinating FF&E specifications, and ensuring design intent is maintained through documentation and site coordination. The role involves close collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors to align interior design solutions with overall project objectives and technical requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuala Lumpur, requiring regular participation in client meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design skills with experience in Space Planning and integration of Architecture elements.
• Candidates should possess the ability to prepare precise Construction Drawings and technical documentation for project execution.
• Candidates should possess competence in FF&E selection, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment coordination with design concepts.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, or similar).
• Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, with prior project experience in commercial or hospitality interiors considered an advantage.
• Candidates should possess strong design communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
