Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall job operations and administration for M&E projects, primarily focusing on MVAC systems
• Monitor project progress and resource allocation, including the management of subcontractors and vendors
• Manage documentation control and progress monitoring for shop drawings, materials, and method statements
• Support on-site Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and Quality Assurance (QA) protocols
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in a consulting firm or contracting company
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight schedules
• Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for the Senior position
