We are expanding and looking for passionate kitchen professionals to grow with us at Godmama Modern Peranakan Cuisine.

Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present Peranakan dishes according to Godmama’s recipes, standards and portion guidelines.
Take charge of the assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth operations during lunch and dinner service.
Complete daily mise en place and ensure the section is fully prepared before service.
Maintain consistency in food quality, taste, presentation and portioning.
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure timely preparation and service of all dishes.
Monitor ingredients and stock levels and inform the Chef when replenishment is required.
Follow proper food storage, FIFO, labelling and date-marking procedures.
Ensure all kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas are properly cleaned and maintained.
Assist with receiving and checking ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
Perform other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef or management.
Requirements
Relevant kitchen experience, preferably in Peranakan, Asian or local cuisine.
Able to handle a kitchen section independently during busy service.
Good understanding of food preparation, hygiene and kitchen operations.
Responsible, organised and a good team player.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to learn and maintain Godmama’s food standards.
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
