Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Mathematics Tutor role based in Singapore. The Mathematics Tutor will deliver engaging, structured lessons in core mathematics topics such as algebra and foundational problem-solving to students across various levels. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, conducting individual and small-group tutoring sessions, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback to support academic growth. The tutor will collaborate with other educators to align teaching methods and curriculum objectives, communicate regularly with learners and families about progress, and maintain accurate records of performance. The role also involves adapting teaching approaches to different learning styles and supporting students in building confidence and long-term interest in mathematics.
Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Mathematics, including Algebra and related core topics.
• Demonstrated experience in Tutoring and Online Tutoring, with the ability to support diverse learners.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear instructional language and active listening.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a closely related field.
• Experience teaching or tutoring in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage.
• Ability to design structured lesson plans, assess learning outcomes, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a learner-centered approach to education.
• Comfort working on-site in Singapore and collaborating with a team of educators.
