Job Summary

Lead daily operations and curriculum implementation to ensure high-quality early childhood education services. Mentor staff, evaluate performance, and uphold centre standards while complying with MOE and ECDA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily centre operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Implement curriculum effectively to meet educational goals and standards
• Mentor and support staff to enhance service quality and professional development
• Evaluate staff and teachers’ performance to maintain high teaching standards
• Maintain and uphold the overall quality of the centre environment and services
• Ensure compliance with Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) and Ministry of Education (MOE) guidelines
• Participate in and support organisational activities and events to foster community engagement
• Prepare and evaluate SPARKS documentation to track and improve centre performance

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education or higher
• Principal role certification: DPL / DECCE - Leadership
• Knowledge of ECDA Guidelines and Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with SPARKS documentation and evaluation system
