Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand business opportunities with clients, agents, and partners, especially in Japan's market
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotations, and follow‑ups
• Work closely with internal teams and agents to ensure customer satisfaction
• Represent CMA Testing at client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Proficiency in Japanese: N1 or N2 Level, with good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Self‑motivated, good team player and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel to China or overseas occasionally when necessary
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other PC applications
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, quotations, and follow‑ups
• Work closely with internal teams and agents to ensure customer satisfaction

Pay: $14,500.00 - $17,000.00 per month
