Job Responsibilities

• Develop detailed tender cost estimates covering materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Review tender specifications and requirements to ensure accurate and comprehensive costing.
• Work closely with procurement and project teams to obtain relevant cost data and supplier quotations.
• Prepare tender documentation, detailed cost breakdowns, and pricing schedules for submission.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to management to support effective tender strategies.
• Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies, procedures, and specified requirements.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or equivalent
• 2–3 years of experience in costing/ tender preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for costing and data analysis
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage
