Accounting – Key Job Responsibilities

Handle

accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

.

Prepare and issue

invoices, quotations, credit notes and payment vouchers

.

Record

daily financial transactions

accurately.

Perform

bank reconciliation

and monitor cash flow.

Follow up with customers on

outstanding payments

.

Process

supplier invoices and payments

.

Maintain proper

accounting records, receipts and supporting documents

.

Assist with

monthly closing

and preparation of financial reports.

Prepare

GST-related records

and assist with GST submissions.

Support

payroll, CPF and employee claims

where required.

Maintain

petty cash

and expense records.

Liaise with

auditors, banks, suppliers and customers

when necessary.

Assist with

year-end audit and tax documentation

.

Perform other

accounting and administrative duties

assigned by management.
